Weddings
Our beautiful churches in south London offer the perfect, traditional start to marriage, placing you, your partner and God at the centre of the event. We are fully registered to officiate the union of two people in marriage and civil ceremony partnerships. Before the hire you can arrange a Sunday viewing to see our venues capable of seating more than 200 people, look at the spiritual brick architecture, and discuss meeting with reverend ministers who’ll help plan to make your day as special as it can be.
Baptism
We offer baptisms for babies, starting their journey with the spirit, their families and a loving congregation.
This ceremony functions as a public declaration of faith in a room that will be filled with support and love.
Funerals
Celebrate the life of dearly departed loved ones in south London, as you and your family lay their body and spirit to rest with a memorial church service. We offer Christian funeral services for all sizes across several venues. The passing of a loved one is a monumental life event; giving the final farewell in church is seen as a fitting location, as your loved one journeys to their meeting with the Lord.
Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving services are special events celebrating the arrival of a new child. These services involve giving a heartfelt thank you to God for His wonderful gift of your child, as well as the reverend praying on your behalf and praying for the family, your child, any other children you may have, and especially for you as parents, in your responsibility of bringing up your child. We encourage you to invite parents, supporting friends, family members and friends to south London for this special meeting in one of our beautiful venues.
Regular Meetings
Venues within the Battersea and Wandle Valley Circuit in south London can accommodate a range of business meetings, social gatherings, conferences, rehearsals, talks, training, functions, community groups, young people’s activities on a weekly, fortnight, monthly basis. Rooms are well ventilated, well-lit, with access to toilet facilities, kitchen facilities, tables and chairs and more.
Equipment
We have collapsible tables, chairs, plates, dessert bowls and cutlery available for rent. These are perfect if you are holding an event at home, in a garden or small public space. Enquire further with the contact form for booking information. Please note, individuals/groups renting the equipment will need to arrange their own transport.
